  3. Choose an instructor form the list.



  4. Answer 20 questions. Choose from 1-5.



  5. Submit your values.



  6. You can now go the next instructor in the list. Or logout to resume later.

  • - The application is available in three languages (English, Kurdish and Arabic).
  • - Codes expire within two weeks from starting of the feedback process.
